Hello again!

I don't know if anyone even follows my blog, especially since it's been months since my last post, but I will try to be better!

Tristan is amazing. He talks A LOT! He gets so excited when he says something and we understand what he's talking about. His list of words/phrases are:

-ball
-baba
-dada
-ki [kitty]
-Hi
-bubble
-tur toe [turtle]
-pa pa [paci]
-doe doe [cracker]

And we have signing videos that he watches & we try to teach him. So now he knows the sign for "more" and "all done". And he will pant when he sees or we talk about dogs. So cute!

He is almost totally comfortable with walking. He can spin & now he's trying to climb up on the couches and tables.

He is still a very picky eater. BUT, he finally has eaten some meat. Not the kind that I prefer him to eat [chicken nuggets, hot dog], but I'll take what I can get him to eat. He won't eat veggies either, but he does seem to like this yogurt/fruit/veggie puree from Stonyfield. I guess he's really being the stereotypical kid who doesn't like his veggies. He has 8 teeth [4 on top & 4 on bottom]. We are just waiting for the molars to start coming :/


Life has been crazy in our household. Between two parents being in the hospital and scrambling to find the time to visit, do daily chores, and babysitting, there's hardly been time for me to sit and think about things!

I can't believe Christmas is so soon! I haven't felt this kind of excitement since I was a kid. I just can't wait for Tristan to experience it & open all his presents. I know he still won't understand Santa Clause & why there are all these new things wrapped up, but it will be fun to see what he does. :)
