I love the Christmas season!

Tristan had his 2 month appt. yesterday. He is tipping the scales at a whopping 14 lbs. 6 oz. & 24 inches long! He is in the 90th percentile for weight & 80th for height. He's our big boy!

He was not a happy camper after he received his shots. My parents & my grandma MaryAnn watched him while I ran to pick him up some Tylenol & some Christmas gift bags for presents.

This past Saturday Tom, Tristan, Pat & I went Christmas shopping again in Garner. Tristan pretty much slept the whole time. He was such a good boy. Then we went to Rachael & Mark's to visit. Eva is crawling around so well now! Mark showed us how he plays hide & seek with her. It is so cute to see her crawl after her daddy :) She also has more hair & it's such a pretty color. And she has a tooth! I can't wait until Tristan is that age.

Sunday we stayed home. Tom was recovering from the night before & I was pretty tired myself. We all took a 3 hour nap at 5 PM & then went out for some dinner at Venero's pizza. Tristan slept in his carrier while Tom & I were able to eat dinner.

I am definitely beginning to feel more comfortable taking him out. The first 6-8 weeks I would feel very anxious & nervous to go out.

I am very excited about these next few weeks! This weekend we are traveling to Charlotte to go to Jeremy's college graduation! It will be our first car trip & hotel stay. I am a little nervous, but I'm sure it will be fine! We are driving down on Sat. & leaving Sun. morning so it won't be a long trip.

Then the next week is Christmas! Daniel & Jeremy will be here and Tom's brother Dan, his wife & kids will be coming up too. So lots of family & those who haven't met Tristan will be able to now!
